  1. Diagnosis & Safety Check
Electrical/combustion tests, temperature and pressure readings, leak check, and (if applicable) error code retrieval.

  2. Clear Options & Pricing
Written estimate with good/better/best options (when applicable), timelines, and parts availability.

  3. Expert Repair
OEM-grade parts (or approved equivalents), code corrections, and tidy workmanship.

  4. Commissioning & Verification
We verify temperature setpoint/delivery, recovery rate or GPM, draft/venting (gas), electrical safety (electric), and condensate operation (condensing/tankless/hybrid).

  5. Prevention Tips & Warranty
We explain the cause, how to avoid repeats (e.g., sediment, water quality), and record/register applicable warranties.

  • Flat, upfront quotes before any work—no hidden fees

  • If repair costs approach replacement value, we’ll provide a repair vs. replace comparison (efficiency, warranty, and potential rebates) so you can decide confidently

  • Annual tank flush to remove sediment and restore efficiency

  • Anode-rod inspection every 2–3 years (tanks)

  • T&P valve test and expansion tank pressure check

  • Descale tankless annually in hard-water areas; clean inlet screens

  • Keep temperature at 120°F / 49°C for safety and efficiency

Add our Water Heater Protection Plan for annual tank flushes, priority service, repair discounts, and safety checks—including T&P valve testing and anode-rod inspection. Preventive maintenance extends tank life, reduces energy use, and keeps your hot water reliable.

Why is my water not getting hot enough?
Sediment buildup, a failing element (electric), a weak gas valve/igniter (gas), or a mixing valve issue can reduce temperature. We test components and flush if needed.

Why is my tank making popping or banging noises?
That’s usually sediment boiling at the bottom of the tank. A flush and anode-rod check typically solve it and improve efficiency.

My tankless shuts off mid-shower—why?
Scale, clogged inlet screens, undersized gas lines, or faulty sensors/PCB can cause shutdowns. We descale and verify gas/airflow and controls.

There’s water around the tank—do I need a new one?
Not always. It could be fittings, T&P discharge, condensate, or the tank itself. We locate the leak and advise on repair vs. replacement.

How long does a typical repair take?
Many are same-day. Special-order parts or significant leaks may require a return visit.

Will repairs affect my warranty?
We follow manufacturer procedures and use OEM-grade parts to help preserve eligible warranties.
